Ranking-panel assistance please

Ok, so i have been messing with my skin for about 1 hour and im realy starting to get annoyed because I want this image ( http://puu.sh/hfF9l/04f6512c62.jpg ) as the panel but it wont show up. if anyone can help me out please message me on my account and not this forum.

before i'm going to help you with that, i need a details and stuff from you first:
1. resolution of osu! that you're using
2. need your ranking-panel for that first

It's in jpg format. There's your issue. It has to be in png.
