Can we please be allowed to use our arrow keys or click to adjust by the hundredths(.01) Or even have the option to type it in there instead of opening up the .ini file.

bumping this because I think it is important.
You already can? Just hover over the slider to change the sensitivity and use left/right arrow keys.
This sounds more like a Feature Request imo...
I feel like there is a problem sometimes I get a white S and it doesn't get ranked, but it stayes as my last score, and it happens also when I get other ranks, it still counts the old one, why is that? I'm quite new on this game, I started a month ago, but I get it sometimes... I know that there are beatmaps which are not ranked yet, but those I play, they are, and this is what happens...
Moved to Feature Requests.
Just slide it to the very left (release and press&hold it again) and then adjust it. The speed you adjust with is always your current sensitivity, so if you use the slowest one then you can adjust with 0,01 precision.
