-I agree that you should say that is it for approval just so no one will get confused
-Remove Kogasa from tags as it in already in the difficulty name
-I would get rid of all of the Caps (the sentence in Caps) in tags
-The maximum size for the sb is 800x600 so resize break1, break2, break3, break4, kid, kiri, xier
-Stack leniency is not allowed all the way to the left, change it
-Are timing sections 00:27:17 and 00:39:68 really needed? They change the volume by such a small amount its barely noticeable
-Volume is kinda low on the last timing section

Kogasa:
00:47:653 (5) - add a clap to the repeat
00:50:136 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - make the vertical spacing on these equal
00:51:791 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - too confusing and just doesn't look neat in my opinion
02:51:377 (7) - don't like this being here in the middle of a stream
05:20:446 (4) - don't really think these fit very well

00:51:791 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - This stack is not very readable IMHO.
02:32:756 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,6) - The arrangement of these notes isn't too readable. The circles on the slider ends look a bit confusing.

Hi, just looked through this a little quick, very nice. Allthough you should put Touhou as Source and Golden City Factory in Tags


02:27:170 (1,2,3,4) - This is pretty hard to see, maybe make the spacing between 02:26:549 (3,4,5,6) - larger?
03:04:101 (4) - add a note maybe?
03:17:446 (4) - Could you make this a new combo or maybe increase spacing? (i'd rather a new combo though)
03:57:170 (1,2,3,4,5) - This looks very odd overlapping the slider and the being stacked (might even be unrankable? :S)

(xier said he doesnt know how to change these note,or,it would change the style.So he want keep that)

Alright, now reduce the "section-fail.png" to 650x650 and remove the extra space into the tags, they must be like this:
"Golden City Factory Tatara ufo th12 happy30 Crazy Jay Doomsday93 kiddly dksslqj xierbaliti"
