Let's say there's someone in chat who's really irritating you to the point where you can't ignore them without their messages being absent from your screen. You /ignore them, but the next time you/they(they log off then back on when they see that you give no reactions) log on via chat, that person repeats the process of annoying the hell out of you again. This is where a solution could come in. A placement in your options that allows you to block a person's messages without having to constantly /ignore them time after time, causing less trouble for you.
