    Great Normal difficulty imho. Nice patterns and nice variations of rhythm.
    .Suggestions: (Fixing this should make gameplay/aesthetics a bit better)

    01:44:040 (1,2,3) - may be confusing if you think about the previous pattern.
    02:11:794 (5) - delete this one?

General
Don't use .png's for a background, the file size is over 5x as big as it should be and .jpg will work just fine.
I don't like how you cut the BPM by 1/7th (21BPM) for the slowdown instead of by 1/8th (18.375). It worked out fine, but it seemed like an odd thing to do and will possibly cause a problem, I'm just not sure with what.
I also didn't like how abrupt the slowdown felt, I wasn't anticipating it at all when I played. A warning or something would be nice I think.

http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/12802 I didn't like how cramped the entire map was. Circles are giant and you're barely moving your mouse around, it led to a boring feel.
00:36:081 (1,2) - Bad spacing. 1/4th a beat away and spaced further than the average distance between 1/2 beats.
02:33:223 (3,4) - Kinda meh stacking.
02:27:100 (1) - You don't need red points for sliders like this.

Hard
01:28:734 (8) - Clap on blue tick to keep with rest of patterns.
01:54:856 (1) - I felt soft sampleset would've fit more in this slowdown-vocal area. Til around here. 02:07:509 (1) -
02:13:631 (3,4) - Spacing
02:17:917 (4,5,6,7) - Up
There are some spacing-combos that bother me but I don't feel like listing them. Should run through AiMod for spacing.

Also, I'm confused. I thought Loogie originally made the skin?

Normal was okay, Hard was pretty good. I kind of feel you need an Easy or an Insane, and Normal as I said could use some spacing out IMO. It feels a bit incomplete for Pending.

Can't you plese use KESHA-kesha-11195043-1024-768.jpg for both difficulites. It's soooooooooo much better than the other background.

Why not use soft sample set at 01:49:550 to 02:07:509, I think that would fit allot

Move the timing sections so they are a bit before (Like 1/2 or 1/4) they take effect so they still work if you press early

Some of those 1/2 streams felt a bit too much for an normal imo.

01:47:917 - (Suggestion) Make this section 0,5x like in Hard.

01:42:815 (6,7,8) - Having these on 1/2 here feels pretty award.

[Hard]
I didn't feel like the streams worked that well in the choruses.

Also the choruses have kinda weird clap placement. (Manly thinking of that you have some claps on 1/4.)
It kinda works though

01:08:734 (1,2) - Move down a grid (Level 3)
01:11:387 (3) - Align with (2)?
02:49:753 (2) - Aling with (1)?


Well didn't find that much, I'm not found of two difficulty maps but it worked here.

  1. It seems that you changed the offset +6 after finished all the things? do the same to other time sections (especially the uninhereted ones.)
  2. some sections' volume is 51 lol, very nazi though.

  1. 00:36:087 (1,2,3) - I see what's this for, but fix the spacing or new combo 00:39:352 (2) to make the approching circle more visible.
  2. 02:27:106 (1) - ahh, 1/7 bpm. I hope Eph will not complain about this lol
