I actually want an option in the game that makes a coin appear every time you hit a note. Just sayin.
I didn't care if it was April fools or not. I actually liked the idea. Rewards for playing well seems like it should be a major part in any type of gaming.

Well, the prank was pretty awesome, the entire Off Topic and G&R was flooded with "GIT RID OF DUH COINS!!1!1!!" type of thread.

As for me, I've been pretty busy so I didn't really have time to properly enjoy it, and these random coin sounds + that coin icon on the top of the screen were distracting me anyway, but from what I've heard it was okay.

It could be an interesting mechanic allthought it really doesn't have a porpose.
I think it's worth considering placing permanently - anything to help Peppy achieve his dream of buying his own personal jet
