[invalid] Offline gameplay mode?

I think certain players would appreciate the ability to stay online while playing osu!, but play the game as if you were offline. I think it would be nice to be able to play the game as if you were offline, but maintain the ability to use ingame chat, or osu! direct if you're a supporter.

Thoughts?

Has been requested and denied many times in the past, not going to happen.
