can i request a scorebar with my name in it? I'm not good photoshopping myself ==;

There are many threads in skinning that do requests for custom scorebars. If you're going to make an individual thread for it, at least specify what kind of scoreboard you'd like.

Also, it's not that hard. You could even do it in MS Paint.
