Your difficulty looks good so far, but I can't star this until you have all your difficulties up.
Then I will be able to do a full mod and test your map appropriately.

ok, BPM analyzer gave me 84 and i was thinking about twice more or slidet tick rate to 2

or then BPM changes to something else somewhere; just like one of my maps, i had to add 15 timing sections :?

I am definitely not a fan of your custom spinner bonus sound.
I suggest you map [_llkey_18's Normal] to the same length at [Insane]
Your skin reminds me of Super Smash Brothers Brawl. (The combo splashes specifically)
You need a difficulty under three stars to get this ranked.

First off, lol, needs more difficulties IMO.
Also try offset 163. See if you like it. If so change it. if not, leave it.
BPM sounds best at 169.

the hit300 is... just annoying to me.
320kbps is unrankable according to ranking criteria. but... i won't mind it.
