It's basically DOTA 2. You choose 3 heroes outside of a game, then once you are in a game you can swap between them if you die. There are two modes. One mode is almost literally just like DOTA, and the other is a 30 kill limit deathmatch. I am 99% sure that you can play 3 vs 3 through 6 vs 6, but no more or less. Here is a screenshot that shows how similar the layout is to DOTA, and the fact that I am dominating everyone is purely a coincidence:
