[Overall]
BPM is good, but your offset seems offset. It needs a recheck. I'm not an offset wizard, I'm sorry.
You also need a difficulty under three stars, or this won't be ranked.
On [Normal], I really suggest you raise the HP drain to at least 5, and the overall difficulty to 6.
Basically, I modded [Normal] without changing the HP Drain or Overall Difficulty of the song, just in case you didn't want to change these, even though I extremely suggest that you do change these, since it's a normal difficulty. Also note that if you do raise the overall difficulty, that more spinners will become illegal spinners and will need to be removed. Legal spinners are classified as auto being able to achieve 2000 bonus on it.
I also don't like how [Dance!] is mapped alot more than [Normal] is. Consider mapping them to both the same length. Although, 3:40 is started to get too long for a song.
[Normal]
00:48:438 - Illegal spinner. Auto can't do at least 2000 bonus.
01:15:653 - This spinner isn't illegal, but is extremely short for a normal difficulty. Remove it.
01:15:653 through 01:16:724 - In play mode, you can see the hit circle before the spinner appears. This WILL confuse people and I say again that you should remove the spinner.
01:29:367 - Extremely short for a normal, but at least a break time is after it.
02:13:724 through 02:15:010 - In play mode the hit circle appears before the spinner. This WILL ALSO confuse people like the other slider. Remove it.
02:27:438 - Short spinner, but at least it's the last spinner in the song.
[Dance!]
I don't like this difficulty.
First off, I hate those "streams" that apparently are jump streams.
Second, the slider velocity doesn't match up to your jumps. Raise your slider velocity on this difficulty.
Third, some of your jumps don't make sense. I'm not going to point them out.
00:35:581 - Pointless Kiai time. Remove it.
03:25:510 through 03:27:010 - The way you storyboarded this part, makes it look ugly.
