If YOU want to make a skin featuring nekopara, you are fine to do so.
The theme alone wouldn't make a duplicate. If your interpretation is diffrent from the previous skins, there is nothing that should stop you here.

After I finish Catherine skin, I'll#do the Nekopara version of Vanilla end Chocola!
