Blue for personal taste.
Red for something I see as a problem.
Orange for a small problem.
1. Your streams are not always very pretty. Those will probably take some work and reconsideration before this gets approved.
2. A partial cause of the first problem, turn off Grid Snap especially for those streams. Grid Snap makes it very hard to make nice-looking streams, and overall just inhibits you.
That said, there's very little wrong about the map in terms of playability, and it's still fun.
With the timing, I came to an offset of 882 for the first timing point, and subsequently everything else follows with a change of -8ms.
00:01:401 (1,1) - I think it'd be nice to not begin with two spinners, especially seeing as these are mappable, normally.
00:15:058 (2) - The overlap with 00:14:335 (6) - is a bit ugly.
00:19:576 (8,1) - Maybe make this a triple too, for consistency?
00:29:154 (9,10,11) - The sharp angle here in this otherwise curvy stream doesn't look good.
00:34:214 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - I don't think you're mapping very well to the music here. The music gets more intense (without so many 1/4ths), and the map doesn't accommodate that.
00:45:772 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5) - These streams look wonky.
01:11:434 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) - Would look better if it was more evenly round (like the letter C)
01:16:495 (4) - Try moving it a bit to the right, I think that'd look nicer.
02:14:416 (1,2,3,4,5) - This should be spaced a bit further away from the last stream.
03:04:838 (1,2,3) - ^
03:11:524 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4) - I really don't like how the spacing goes here, it feels very out-of-place, other than it raising at the part where the music raises too. Before that is a big no from me.
04:44:055 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - Spike up in spacing is definitely too much, having it accelerate a bit (at least) would help, instead of instantly going faster.
05:19:476 (1) - (until end) I like the increase in difficulty here, it definitely fits, but it seems like it makes a jump down in difficulty at about 05:38:632 (1) - without getting back to the same intensity (while the song gets more and more intense.
Fun map! As I said in the mod, you're going to have to do some work on the streams (more than mentioned specifically) before this'll get approved, but those are far from unfixable, and once you've fixed that up, the map will look a lot nicer. Good luck getting it approved!
