I would remove the countdown for both difficulties
You will need an easier difficulty unless you want to make your normal closer to 3.5 stars
I would increase the volume of all the notes in general as they seem very quiet even if this is a fairly slow song

Normal:
This is too hard for a normal (it should be below 4 stars) make the circle size 1 bigger (thats very small for a normal) and decrease the hp drain by 1 or 2
00:59:254 - add some notes in this area

Hard:
not too many maps have a circle size like this now days, consider making it 1 size bigger
don't have notes before offset so either move offset back to the beginning of 00:01:245 (1,2,3,4) of delete them
01:05:253 (1,3) - align
01:05:753 (2,4) - align
01:20:752 - might want to put spinner or something this area
02:15:747 (5) - new combo

Try silencing soft-sliderwhistle (and maybe soft-sliderslide?)

there's too much whistle in the Kiai Time section IMO, it seems like there's a whistle every circle.

BPMは細かく言うと 120.02 です。これぐらいなら平気だと思うけど。

で、画像のサイズの調節などをしてみました。
片方は入っていたものを調節。
もう片方は、文字色が違いますが、少し画質がいいものです。

02:19:759 (1) - lower the volume here (use 5~10% volume )

[Hard]
This looks more like an Insane difficulty.

I won't star until you make an easier difficulty (and I finish modding it).

Well you need a difficulty with 3 stars or less, so unless you plan on making Normal easier, you'll have to.
