I was thinking about how Hidden works and how it doesn't show the hit circles, how about a 2nd layer (like DT->NC) that makes the cursor invisible but makes the cursor trail look like the smoke trail button. With all the circles being visible. The score increase would probably be the same as normal Hidden.
So the cursor would be invisible (it shows you the cursor similar to how Hidden shows the first hit circle)P, but it would leave a smoke trail that lasts for 5 seconds. Circles and Approach would be visible. the icon would look like a osu! cursor (standard skin) but with black outside and the cursor being shown in white. with the word Invisi-Cursor on the icon. it would show up as IC next to replays, top ranks etc.
