sorry I forgot to mention I have no chores that I earn money from and I played with the mouse for about a month and a half on my uncles account. I sucked lol 
but I got better. I play on a laptop with a mouse but the issue is I have multiple PC's so the desks for the m are taken. I play by putting the mouse of random surfaces works and sometimes doesn't.
I have experience with a bamboo create tablet.
To be honest I want a tablet due to the fact a mouse in my opinion and experience wont doves as fast and wastes time and effort using.

I recommend getting the CTL-470. When I had it I was able to spin 477 consistently due to how your wrist rests on the tablet. For that price I would definitely try to get a CTL-470. I have a CTL-480 now and it's an improvement but I don't have the other to compare now.
