maybe delete that spinner and make (3) a rainbow slider?

open the .osu and delete these two lines:

Easy and normal looks fine. So I will mod the other ones Later. Because i don't have time atm.

But I found this when I checked through all diffs.

Why all these inheriting sections at the end in Dusty's Hard? D:
You could remove some of them >.>

Also, you will have to resize the BG. (I don't know the smaller version). But the bigger one is 1248 x 768. So you should look out for the smaller size.

Choruses are really well thought out in terms of placement and not overmapped which is a relief.

Cool map. Here are all the problems I found...
General:
Needs a hitcircle.png or it's unrankable. I made this one that looks pretty good with your overlay you can use if you want, or just stick the default in the folder.

Normal
I think you should put in some 1/2 notes to fit the music better, you've smoothed out some rythms which makes sense in an Easy but isn't really neccesary in a Normal...
00:51:446 (2) - Make this a slightly larger semicircularish shape then separate it away from the sliderend before like this , the overlap is ugly. Don't worry about it breaking distance snap my a grid or two, it won't be confusing to play.
00:52:152 (3) - Stack this on (1)'s end

Insane
Reaaaaallly needs a lower OD. Awesome otherwise though

I think you should put in some 1/2 notes to fit the music better, you've smoothed out some rythms which makes sense in an Easy but isn't really neccesary in a Normal... I'm scared by increasing much the star rating and being forced to lower the HP or the OD <_< I ended up adding like, 2 circles for the entire diff, I suck, I know, I know XD!

Well, this is a fast peaced song, so creating easier diffs is, ironically, hard =_=

Hmm. I suppose It's not noticeable that the spinners lasts as much as the "prooolooogueee....." lasts on the lyrics. I silenced the spinner's end and I hope it feels better.

I'm confused, Should I kudosu? I did not follow his suggestion but he made me realize of something that was not playing nice, what do I do o_o?

EDIT: Ok, Sakura-san said I should <_<, so I will.

Well, I made them in Python (didn't feel like adding 100 inherit sections by hand lol) and well, when I fade out by hand people've said it sounds choppy :p

While DC suggested moving 00:11:035 (3,4,5) to make it centered, moving 00:58:858 (1,2,3) doesn't make a big diference AND (3) is then too far away from (4), making it look uncentered. I fixed everything, It should look better now.

The only thing actually bugging me now is the combo colors. They are hard to see at some spots in the map ;_;

Well, if someone else notices this, I may tune down the BG a little so that they are more visible, but I don't want to change my color scheme.

Made the first one start earlier

02:21:270 (1) - This note is a little awkward since it feels like it should be 1/2 sooner. I know that it's Easy and you're trying to avoid offbeats but in this case the player has heard the chorus several times already so they would have a pretty good idea where to hit it. So I would move it 1/2 back and add a note at 02:21:623.
02:36:093 (1) - Maybe consider moving this from the centre? Newbies might have trouble with it since the hitburst from the spinner covers up the note. Not a huge deal though, so your call.

kay. I was actually suggesting my offset for that part, hence why it's a little late. :P

Anyway, the offset difference doesn't seem to warrant a second timing section, even if it does sound a bit late. I don't think 5ms would be that noticeable... so I'm bubbling this.
