[SWC][1v1] Slainv Weekly Challenge

Good news everyone !

I started within the French community what I do call the Slainv Weekly Challenge and consists of this:
- 6 maps chosen by each player one week before in the ranked mappool
- 1 ban per player after the warmups
- 2 warmups per player
- up to 2 hours of fun for everyone

A game to the death! (or 6 maps wins, whichever comes first)

Every friday at 2000 (UTC+1) on my twitch channel.

Why I am posting it here/what do I want you to do with it?
Starting March the 20th, every friday the match will be casted, commented in english. So at UTC 1900 every friday you will have up to two hours of osu! fun to be looking forward to!
The French casts will continue however, on every wednesday, UTC 1900.

If you have commentary on the format/the time/how it is done, I am more than willing to read it to make it even better.

Hehe, monomosc might be a bit out of your league but I can find you another player to fight against for sure =) Or perhaps you have a friend/a foe in mind?

And how it works is easy:
- you choose 6 maps within the ranked ones
- your foe chooses as well 6 maps
- each one of you have 1 ban available at the beginning of the match
- 2 warm-ups each

And then you fight :p
Your foe can choose from the maps you picked, you can choose his. For now it is nomod, but I am working on a way that would allow mods to be played.
Me, Vleaf and some other persons are working very hard to make it the best deathmatch possible =)

On a side note, if anyone has knowledge on how to properly post osu! videos on youtube in order to avoid strikes, I am a taker ^^
I am interested in respacting IPs and all, but when 2 hours of gameplay video are stricken because of 4 minutes of background content, it kind of pisses me off.

I doubt its really possible to circumvent copyright strikes... That's the biggest problem of uploading osu videos to youtube.

Yes indeed, the very point of this format is that you can fight against someone of your level. For some players it is difficult to find someone (especially if you are at the top) but poke me with a forum message and we can arrange an adversary =)
