[invalid] 300 hour silence

Problem Details:

I submitted the email to enter the Taiko tournament and instantly got a 300 hour silence. Is this normal? I'm not sure what else it could have been. It said the silence was for mulitple account/ abuse.

Not that I know, I live alone so at the very least not someone on my computer. It's just weird that it happened almost immediately after sending in the email for the sign up.
