I can't seem to use skins when they are mediafire or uploaded in dropbox can someone tell me what to do?

You might be having trouble because the files are compressed. You need a program like Winrar or 7Zip to uncompress the files and make them usable.
But i have already tried a hundred times but it still only getting out the images, and then i cant play with the skin.... 
Please refrain from doing necrobumps on threads that has no activity.
