- Change Source to "Little Busters! EX".
- Please use the same combocolors on all diffs (vincerio's diff has different colors).
- Delete these unused files: "cursor.png" (I'll tell you why later), "spinner-background1.png".
Skin:
- Could you find a better image for the comboburst? Not a big deal, though.
- Use "cursor3.png" as your cursor and delete the one you have now as default, it isn't round and looks so weird when playing.
Storyboard: Ugh, you'll have to work hard on this xwx;
- Max. size for storyboard elements is 800x600px, you'll have to resize all the images you're using.
- About lyrics, some of them fade, some of them don't fade, some of them fade faster, some of them fade slower... You should fix this and make all the lyrics texts have the same animation, as smooth as possible, it'll look way better and pretty.
- Another point about the lyrics, some of the lines appear a bit earlier than the line on the song. This isn't that bad, but it'll be nice if you fix it.
- About the background images, first, they appear so suddenly on the storyboard, so you should make them fade in to make a nice animation. Second, I recommend you to make a fade transition between images instead of just fading them out and seeing the background, because this looks so weird and ugly.
- About the flash effect, same as the text images, make all the animations the same, as smooth as possible.

For a second I thought this had video for the filesize. There are a bunch of 800x600 images... You could try resizing some of them for better performance and size. Converting them to JPG can work as well...
