We all know the activities we do to try and test brain functionality; you know like rubbing your tummy in a circle while patting your head or turning your right leg in clockwise motion while using your hand to draw a circle anticlockwise.
It would be interesting to have something like that in osu; catching fruit while clicking some circles. Tapping ASDF for osu mania for the the song beats while at the same time playing to tune of the vocals, clicking the circles with that mouse. XD
