Im playing mouse only and apparently escape is also bound to my mouse button 4. I get why this could be handy. But i have a habit of pressing that key accidentally from time to time. Causing the game to pause. This is usually followed by a normal mouse click which restarts the level cuz i just pressed on the restart button in the pause menu... Question being, is there any way of unbinding that damned mb4?

U can't unbind it, but u can try binding it to something else.
Alternatively, u can disable mouse scroll. Just try it.

Thnx for ur reply, i was afraid something like this would be the case. It doesn't seem to want to be bound to anything else. So it looks like i just have to catch it outside of osu before it actually gets send to osu. Bit more work ^^; but i'll manage.
