Starting timing sections on notes [Denied]

I think it would be nice if there was a special type of timing section that would start on a note, instead of at a specific point in time. This timing section would apply to the note in question no matter when that note is hit.

As for how it could be done, it would just be a checkbox in the timing panel that if checked, if a note was at the same point as the timing section, would have the timing section start on that note.

This would solve the problem of notes sounding different based on when you hit it once and for all. (Yes you can put the timing section right before the note but you can't do that in the case of a sequence of fast notes such as a deathstream.) :)

This problem is a bug, and has already been reported multiple times. A ticket for it has been sitting on sifter for six months now, but orz.

This is a much less robust workaround than fixing the actual bug imo.

However, for the longest time, I've felt that sampleset should be a property of the hit object, not timing section.
