The only ones who complain about overweighted ones are the people who can't fc them to get their "free" pp.

or maybe the sole reason is that they don't like an inbalanced pp system that encourages farming overweighed maps.
the most overweighed maps are probably the ones that have a couple low OD deathstreams where you can just spam your fingers for a ton of pp.

not even FC, and pretty far from it (659/768). Stream maps at around the ~210-240 range are the perfect sweet spot in terms of PP : effort ratio, as long as there are lots of them and they are long.Other similar maps:
