New offset is: 1,990 use the timing setup panel then "scale to new timing" before clicking ok, if your notes feel a bit off, ctrl+a to select them all then use j and k to move them back and forth 1 snap until you find their correct position, the first notes should look something like this: http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/30709 do the same for every diff, dont forget to resnap in case your forget and fix each timing section so that the hitsounds and kiai are correct kiai should be here now: 00:50:250 and 01:00:685, good luck fixing your map!
