Disclaimer: I'm fairly new to the Osu community, so take my opinions with a grain of salt. Also, I tend to like songs easily readable, so I may pester on stuff that confuses me. Anyway:
Not bad! For the most part, the song seems to be on the right track. I like the patterns and overall design. However...
Gosh, you're using a lot of 1/3rd snaps! I think it's because of BPM troubles. Your BPM sync seems to only work for one part in the middle of the song, but during almost all the other parts the metronome is way off. I see that you tried to compensate with a lot of 1/3 snaps, but as a result, a lot of your beats are between 1/8 and 3/8 off from when they should hit. You can manually compensate, but it'll take quite a while... I was going to list them, but when I was only 30% into the song and had 3 paragraphs typed up, I decided it was time to give it up. Instead, I think you should try to get a mod's attention so you can nail down a correct BPM. I tried to do it myself but I just can't get it right. Hopefully one of the mods will have a better idea.

Thanks for your comments! I definitely see what you're saying, and I've had trouble nailing down the BPM as well. It definitely seems to fall within the 140-143 range. Try 140.33 and 142.50 with an offset of 716, both sound kind of good. Lemme know what you think of those timings.
