Why no new ranked maps?

Usually theres a few new maps when I wake up each day, but the past days the number has been decreasing.

No one ranks maps anymore? :(

The problem is that a lot of the BATs are inactive, it doesn't help that most of them have school this time of the year either. I would say just get through this drought of maps by playing older ones or ones you haven't played yet. I'm sure one of the bubbles will get ranked soon enough.

We have lots of bubbled maps; so expect lots of ranked maps in the future too.

BATs should really check out the bubbled maps then...

everyone likes to bubble, no one likes to rank xD

meh, i think it's good that there are some days where no maps get ranked, cause sometimes you don't come on osu for while, and when you come back there are over a 100 new beatmaps lol

The BAT have been busy discussing a number of concerns that have been cropping up recently regarding the ranking of maps, which is likely a contributing factor to this. Better to do it right than to do it quickly.
