uh no, if DT had the same speed as it is without DT the ryuuta wont make it in time to catch the fruits
as opposed to HT, it would be unfair to have normal speed its just like playing the map in half speed but normal ryuuta movement, aka its like close to using a 3rd party program to modify CtB gameplay
