Making thumbnails view avaible

I'm just wondering which part of skin decides if thumbnails are displayed on tabs or not. I've tried everything, but without any effect. I'll appreciate help. Thanks in advance !

Enable Thumbnails:

Edit Skin.ini > change to Version 2.2

Well... How do I suppose to change it ? Should I add something to .ini file ?

In each Skinfile is a skin.ini file, open it and this line [General] is the text "Version 2" and the change to 2.2.
