I've been trying to compile a custom skin from other skins that i like including pics i made myself. the thing that seems to not be working is my combo burst.

now here's a folder that has working combo bursts:

And this is my folder:

I can't seem to find what's wrong in it. if anyone could help. please do.

put "ComboBurstRandom: 1" under [General] in your skin.ini
