As has been said, I really think it'd help to see the band animate. Though this is more of a "bug Tode" thing. As LH said earlier, there's one scene where awp has a bandanna on (I know this is just Tode recycling an image from issue 0 of the adventures of awp flash comic) but it just seems weird. Also it's like the horns disappeared briefly.
The other thing I noticed is that some elements of each character fiddlin' were redrawn (awp's hair moves around, Rolled's eyebrows and mouth twitch) - while it does look a bit sloppy, the movement has a nice effect to it, so perhaps the entire face should be redrawn each frame to get that wavy kind of look.
I also get the feeling that there should be a bit more movement when they're fiddling. Perhaps a second set of animations that they can swap back and forth to mid-solo, for a touch of variety.
At 2 minutes in, when awp's band fades out, use a white foreground layer to fade them all simultaneously -> At present, you can see the bass pedal of foulcoon's drumkit inside Ival's hair as they fade out
During the solo 2:10 in, you should be able to see awp sittin' on the stump in the background, looking displeased or pouting or something.
Regarding the fire that appears every so often, apply a horizontal flip every so often to give it more variety. Alternatively, perhaps have it pan up onto the screen instead of fading in, and panning down as it fades.
Oh and maybe have Rolled's stump visible @ 48 seconds in when he leaps off of it to take the bet.
The SB and art style are very charming and it'd be nice to see some more refinement to it
