It does need an offset fix at the end.
Note that the vocals are off most of the time. BeatofIke's timing was focused on vocals, which is generally a bad idea and leads to awful timings.

1. 01:24:923 (4,1) - Actually you should swap the NCs, that one doesn't fit D:
2. 01:31:375 - I miss a note here according to the next coming notes.
3. 01:50:730 (1) - Missing finish here? Somehow I can hear the music a bit louder.
4. 03:17:826 (3,4,5,6,7,8) - This is too hard imo while you've used the same rhythm and lower spacing, maybe try to modify this a bit?
5. 03:20:891 (1,3) - Swap the NC because you're breaking the consistency here.
6. 03:38:633 (1) - This NC is unnecessary because the same reason as before at least for me D:
7. 04:09:278 (4,5,6) - Reduce the spacing please, this is quite confusing especially because the stacks.
8. 04:12:235 (3) - I think this is wrong snapped, somehow it doesn't fit exactly with music, however if you move it to 04:12:262 - and reduce it to just an 1/2 slider you'll see it fits better, try it.
9. 04:12:504 (4) - More or less like here, move it to blue tick.
