i'm aware of the fact that you can turn off/ on subscriptions and stuff, but i think that it would be nice if you got a little notification bubble somewhere easier to see or access. The reason i suggest this is for people more new to the forums or for some that are requesting tech support with osu, it would be nice for a bubble or flag possibly beside the number of posts on your page or between the search stuff and the welcome "your name" since there is some empty space there. Maybe even be able to change the color of the notifications and possibly different colors for different things if you really want. I just think that the idea of notification by email isn't that great because many people don't even use their emails much so they wouldn't really notice if there was a reply.
It's understandable if this is denied but if not then that would be nice
