I can see the Fade code like 0.9988331 and 0.008000013 in your osb.file, when you make fade, you'd better check code in osb.file it's totally fade in or out which means "1" and "0" in code, 0.9988331 is fine then, but 0.008000013 would reslut in some frame lost, so you should fix this at least.

Change the uninherited timing section's hitsound volume to be exactly the same as the kiai sections's volume (There is a slight difference, and the uninherited section is the only one with the different volume. As a result, I ask you to change it, but if you want to keep it, add a timing section a quarter note before the kiai section with the same hitsound volume as the kiai section) No
