Timing is good, offset is good. Mapping and spacing is bad. :C
I mean, since it's easy and the circles are pretty slow, you can see when you have to tap a beat. But I don't want to know what you'd do about "Normal" and "Hard".

And the beats are a bit too big, even for my taste. And that's something lol.

Well, if the mapper cannot even make an effort to tag the song correctly, I don't want to imagine what the beatmap would look like. Really poor first impression on the mappers part.
