I used to have that problem, and it lasted for about 2 days which was a major pain. But you should probably go with sukiNathan and post your problem in the Tech Support forum in order to get it solved as quickly as possible. I assure you that the website doesn't suck 
Just wipe your cookies. That usually fixes the problem.
I don't get the title. Are you stating that it sucks, or looking for reassurance?
