Okay, lets try something different. Queue is closed for now, but:
First person to post on in this thread on:
Sunday, 00:00 UTC will get a mod.
Sunday, 08:00 UTC will get a mod.
Sunday, 16:00 UTC will get a mod.
Familiarize yourself with the UTC time zone. (Basically, the first slot will be opening in 4 hours from this post. It is currently Saturday, 20:00 UTC.) If you post before the time slot, you will not get a mod. You will only get the slot if you are the first to post.
You cannot win multiple times. If you get a slot for 00:00 UTC you cannot also try to get a slot for 8:00 UTC. If you win one, and then decide to participate in another, you will lose your slot (whoever is #2 will get it). So give others a turn

Times have been chosen so hopefully everyone no matter what time zone has a chance to participate/will be online to snipe at least one of the slots.
