Yeah so after searching around for a bit i never seen anything related to this
So yeah my suggestion is for the name change limit from once to once a year. I'm pretty sure a few people have changed their username when they were younger and now regret that decision.
That's why i'm suggesting one name change a year, this will allow people change their unwanted username to something more suited to them and it won't be getting flooded with name change requests since it's once a year.
