How about a sudden death mode that disallows any imperfection whatsoever? (No 100s or 50s)

I remember thinking about this a while back, but then I realized that not too many people would really enjoy it. As a CtB player, I wouldn't be too happy if I was doing really well on a song and then died because I dropped a fruit droplet on a slider ~.

Although that can be applied to sudden death as it is now, but there's less "OMG WTH HAPPENED" with missing notes than missing a droplet or being half a milisecond off from clicking a note.
