the slider is visible because from the tail to the head the note disappears, and the slider appears so I still don't think it's a problem. Let's talk when I get to the computer. Hope you understand

00:22:404 (1,2) - me sad no blanket
00:35:204 (1,2) - ^
00:41:204 (2,3,1) - A smoother curve would look better.

00:04:004 (3) - Although this plays fine, the held note is until the red tick, it doesn't extend more than that.
00:05:604 (5) - ^Something similar.
00:20:704 (9) - There's actually no sound here to support this note. Some kind of antijump would play nicely on the resulting 1/2 beat.
00:40:404 (2) - This would fit better as a 1/2 slider due that skipped beat, it's really strong and part of the main melody so if feels weird to be ignored.
00:42:004 (3) - ^
00:43:604 (4) - ^
00:46:804 (3) - ^
00:48:404 (3) - ^
00:50:004 (4) - ^
01:07:204 (1) - I'm not really sure about this, for me it sounds much better as a 1/2 slider, as the pause would make the next note feel stronger, imo.

Most of the 3/4 sliders are awful and misplaced, and we also have some weird spacing here (though it may be your intention, given the song). But at least let's fix the weird rhythm.
00:01:604 (1,2,3,4,1,2) - This part is really inconsistent with the rest of the map, you're mapping here the percusion things? but then you go for the main melody, and the switch is really bad. Stick to the main melody.
00:04:404 (5,1,2) - The spacing is pretty similar, while they're on different time.
00:08:804 (3) - Make it a 1/2 slider, the 1/2 pause would give more emphasis to the next note, adding that this isn't really a held note to justify the extended slider.
00:08:804 (3,4,1) - spacing pls.
00:27:604 (2,3) - Shouldn't the spacing be lower? The large jump isn't really fitting for the intensity there.

I really dislike this rhythm, it suits an easy much more than a normal and I really can't seem to get it to work, I agree with the first 2 sliders being off but it's hard to make that different

  1. 00:12:004 (1,1) - Didn't we deem the distance of this gap unrankable for Easy diffs? They should be about 1500ms or 1 measure apart @ 160bpm. Your current is what we have for Normal. Did this rule ever get finalized though? Anyways. Might wanna double check this before ranking quickly.

  2. 00:57:404 (2) - This really should start 1/2 later at 00:57:595 - or you already fixed it thanks to Dake.
  3. 01:00:004 (2,1) - You didn't NC the (2) but you NC'd the (1). These should be fixed up please.

Another is that it gives off that feel since you have the kiai restarting after this, having a tiny of time where you don't move your mouse or click anything works wonders.

  3. 01:20:004 - add 5% volume to the end of this spinner for the fade out effect.

I honestly don't know. it doesn't feels like the Hitobjects are coming too sudden or appearing too fast, even for newer players. it is indeed not 1500ms (it's 800ms) but playwise it feels totally fine to me. Maybe make a Thread in the BM Forum for this?

Thanks to Lanturn too for bringing that up.

Halve the BPM and double the SV (either double the main SV or double the SV multiplier for every inherited timing point), this should not change anything in the map, but check every slider in case something fucks up.

As for the rest, I feel sad when the beginning of Extra is so different, but welp, it's not like the world's going to end if it stays like that.

I talked to a QAT about this and the first thing mentioned was the upcoming slider appearing during the spinner: https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/2825990

Because of the low approach rate, the slider comes up well before the spinner finishes, which is the main cause of concern as it can easily confuse new players.


I don't really see a problem with the rest of the diffs.

I do agree with this though. The beginning of the Extra I really didn't care for because I can't feel these 1/4 jumps. They honestly feel like it would play different. Like 00:03:204 (1) - for example I'd assume I was following the music here at 00:03:404 -, but the note comes early to follow the drums which imo, isn't as important. Just wanted to drop my opinion on it as well. The rest of the map is enjoyable though :)

Anyways, I do believe the Easy diff does need to get fixed based on the conversation I had. It really does make sense if you look at it that way.
