Possibly adding a button to disable parallax for the menu background or osu! cookie, along with song backgrounds, basically allowing the user to disable parallax for everything if they want. People who have backgrounds like me for the menu with everything lined up with the user-card / osu!direct are ruined.

Guidelines:

8. Don't request a toggle for disabling [insert new feature here] unless you want peppy to come to your house with a baseball bat.
You should probably be asking for a template instead of a toggle.

EDIT: Support t/266774 instead. You'll be able to skin the parallax if that's added.
