This year's version of the thread, following my 2012 version and krisom's 2013 version
since we are comming to the end of the year, i thought it would be a good idea to make this thread again. just tell us what will make you look back at 2014 and think "yeah, that's really something i want to remember 2014 for".
for me personally there are a couple of things.
first of all i managed to survive my first year in university. im currently in my second year of physics & astronomy and im still enjoying it very much (especially the astronomy part).
i also got to be part of the batavierenrace, which is the biggest relay race in the world, organized by students. it was really a great weekend and i already signed up to join next year aswell.
i also learned how to use a professional telescope and made my own observations with the 35cm one at the university. unfortunetaly the recordings arent very impressive, but im still happy that i was allowed to learn to use them and then also actually use them.
so now it's your turn.
