I've been making my own skin and ran into this problem. I can't figure out why my rank panel is being all weird, even when I take out all of my edited skin elements it's still not in the right place. I couldn't find a topic that talks about this specific thing.
Any idea on what could be the problem? For reference:

edit - I've already tried changing the Ranking Title back, but it doesn't affect the rest of the screen.
