Why does my pp ranking drop, when I keep like 3-4 times a week? I can not figure out. How does osu! gives me performance points? What is the system? I do not know, but it just drops every single time, tough i play. Any idea?

how about if you play again, your performance point will never go down again. 
3-4 times a week is not a lot.

Yeah well, I think the OP meant his ranking keeps dropping. From what I see, you play maps that are too easy for your level. Try to play something more challenging, eventually you'll keep getting better at harder maps, and your ranking as well as pp will increase. Note, that you get substantial amount of pp only from the maps that are high in your top plays list, so if you don't keep on completing harder and harder maps with good scores, other people will eventually pass you in rankings.
Osu is more than just farming the precious Peppy Points :3 Play and have fun and the pp will come eventually :3
