[confirmed] Tooltips still visible after fade.

Problem Details:
As said in the title, tooltips are still visible after the UI fades out.
They can also be triggered to show while keeping the menu faded out.
Not really an issue, just a minor UI thing that no one will ever care about I guess.

Well, it's nothing major, but a little weird to see them when the actual button isn't visible.
I was originally talking about the tooltips for anything in the main osu! screen, where the cookie is, but this also applies to any button that fades.
