Yes, you can press the panel, but it counterintuitively uses the set format link (with "/s/") rather than the beatmap format link (with "/b/") that the /np command uses. Set links take you to the hardest beatmap in the set, which can lead to problems:
For example, if you click on the link to EOS
here, it takes you to the Lycoris difficulty, but they actually played on RLC's Another.
In another example, if you follow the link to Airman in this
OWC match, it takes you to Zero's Overdose, which is for catch-the-beat. You'd have to click on the Extra they played on, then change the mode from CTB to Standard to be able to compare scores.
On a side note, the anchor text should extend over the artist so that one doesn't have to wait for it to scroll out of the way to be able to open in a new tab. The "Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas" song two below Airman is an
example, and some artists have even longer names. It also looks like there's an extra </span> tag in the source on those lines.
EDIT: It's been a few weeks, so one of the match pages has gone down and the other probably will soon. The CTB star difficulty algorithm also changed, so it doesn't go to Zero's Overdose anymore. For future matches though, it will continue to be misleading any time something that isn't the hardest diff is played.
