Hitlighting Toggles ("advanced" options)

(I hope I'm not bringing up iPown3G's feature request again!)

I'd like to have a toggle for the actual hitlight and the "beating-circle-background-lighting" in kiai-times:
-only hitlight
-only circle-backlight in kiai-times
-both

The actual hitlighting can be very distracting, but the hitlight in kiai times for e.g. streams can be very useful (with HD enabled).
I hope it's possible and I don't annoy anyone with this.

(I don't think I need to add screenshots or something, do I? :?:)

For the background, just set dim to 100%
You can also delete one of the star(2).png (forgot which one) for less kiai

I don't mean a Kiai toggle, I mean the hitlighting. You know that there is the lighting.png for the hitlight, and in Kiai-times, the circle's background is "beating" with that lighting on it.



Like you can see for combo 10-13, the circle disappears but the lighting remains. I want a toggle so that you can choose between

-actual hitlight (like combo 1-9)
-the "beating-hitlight in Kiai (like combo 10-16)
-or both

I'm sorry if my request was unclear, I hope I did it better this time.

yeah, but for the different hitlight-styles



for independently toggling the hitlight after and before clicking the circle

From what I can see, you need to make it (a little) smaller so it will overlap with the circle and thus not visible

Am I really so bad at explaining things?
Let's say it like this: i want the hitlight like for combo 13-16, but not the hitlight like the ones before. How can I do that? Right, I need a toggle to do so.
I want to have the hitlight which is visible before i click a circle, not the one that is visible after I click a circle.



Do you understand it now?

He wants to see the hitlightings in kiai before notes start, but not when they get 'released'
Now that I explain it easy, I think it's kind of a terrible ideA
It kind of gives free points in HD, and it only happens in kiai, those pre-note hitlighting

I think you have to add that, even without the toggle, it's already like that, and it doesn't really give you free points.
So it doesn't really change playstyle or anything.
Also i want to add that I really like Kiai, but don't have a visible/big star(2).png, so that the fountains don't distract me.
For me personally, the pre-hitlight doesn't distract. Think about it ^^


(Maybe you could like, generally add toggles for kiai? But that would be an other request so I won't go in further on it ;) )
