Username Change, help?

Hi ^^

I want to change my name to -Yui- the username is taken by a player who hasn't been on in 2 years with a play count of 49

How can I have the username -Yui- ?

if they meet the requirements you can just change your name the normal way afaik?
at least someone i know did that and it works

that's odd, the player -yui- doesnt exist in the first place (your link goes to -yui-chan)
maybe a hidden/banned account

I want just -Yui- and when I go to that name it says it belongs to -Yui-Chan :?

contact accounts@ppy.sh and see if they'll give you the name. nothing else you can do :<
