I'm saying that the Cuttingedge yellow bar at the bottom of the screen should be skinnable. Even now, that it's hidden during play, it might be a bit irritating to have something at the bottom of the screen constantly (also it'd allow people to use the old yellow/black stripes osu!test indicator, which some might prefer).
